By Jacques Monod Middle School, Ludres Philippe Saint Nicolas Saint Nicolas is a festival that is celebrated on the 6’th of December. For the festival there are parade floats that go down the streat, and one of them has Saint Nicolas, the butcher and the three children. People in the floats throw candies to the crowd that come all dressed up. This is a festival that is only celebrated in France. The Saint Nicolas is a religious festival. He has a pointy hat and a shepards cane.
