Every day in the morning I get up at 5:30 am, I go to brush my teeth and have a bath, after that I steam rice and cook for my family. After that, I’m going to share food with my family at the temple, every day I will give some food to monks and novices in the temple. Then I go home. I prepare breakfast, such as noodle soup with a lot of vegetable, sometimes we have barbecue with sticky rice. After we finish to eat, I drink milk, after that I’m going to feed my dogs and my geese. At 7:00 am, I am going to school with my friends by walk. I arrive at my school at 7:20 am. Every day the students have to clean classroom and every Monday all teachers and students are going to meet in the yard for singing Lao national song. After that a teacher comes up and does a summary for the past week. After we finish, we start studying in the classroom, I study 10 subjects such as civic, Lao, history, English, geography, chemistry, math, literature, biology and physic. My favorite subjects are math, biology, physic and English. Every day my school opens on Monday to Friday, starts at 7:30 am - 11:30 am, arrive lunch time everybody goes home to have lunch and arrive 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm. On Friday in the afternoon, everybody is going to clean the yard in the school because the school has graze very much. After the cleaning is finished, I go to the library of province, it has just a few books, and there are more young people than teenagers because it has books for young more than for teenagers. We study special course on Monday - Sunday, so it will make the weekends as the weekdays. In that case, most students study math, chemistry and physic. After I finish study, I go home in the evening. I’m going to feed geese and cook but my mom buys some food because the market closes early. My favorite food are salad meat, steam vegetable, boil eggs … but mostly I have vegetable. During the special day, my family eats sea food. After we finish to eat, I wash dishes then I go to study special English course from at 7:00 - 8:00 pm, arrive 8:00 pm, I go home then I take a bath. After that I do my homework then arrive 10:30 pm, I go to prepare my books for the subjects of the next day. Then I go to sleep at 10:45 pm.

My name is Kham Phanh. I get up at 5 o’clock and after that, I clean my house. At 6 o’clock I go take a shower. At 6:30, I have breakfast and I go to school at 7 o’clock. At 11:30, I go back to my house. I have lunch and shower. At 1 o’clock I go to school and arrive at school at halt past one and I study for three hours in the afternoon and then I go home at halt past four and help my parents to do housework. At about 7 o’clock my mother and I cook dinner and then I go to bed at 9 o’clock.

My name is Vieng Khek. I get up at 6 o’clock. I go to take shower and I have breakfast at 7 o’clock. I go to school at 7:15 until 11:00. I go back to my house and have lunch and shower. At 2 o’clock, I go to school until 4 o’clock then I go home. I go to football at stadium at 5 o’clock. At 6 o’clock, I go home and take a bath, after that my parents and I have dinner together. At about 8 o’clock I do my homework and finally I go to bed.

Hello everybody, we are students at Savanh Secondary School, in a bilingual class L3/1, our names are Nang Voasavanh Phommavongsa, 15 years old, and Nang Khamphasouk Vorachack, 17 years old.
Every day, Lao students wake up early at 5:30 am, then they clean the house, for example : to do the dishes and to cook breakfast. Then, they wash themselves and dress up. Then, they have breakfast (Chinese soup or bread with pâté). From Monday to Friday, they have to go to school. At 7:00 am, they go to school, they respect very well the school law that boys have to wear a white shirt and blue pants whereas girls wear a blue skirt and a white shirt as well. At 11:30 am, they go back home to have lunch (labe meat with rice, papaya salad with chicken and soup with bamboo sprouts) until 1:00 pm, then they go back to school. Normally, they study seven hours per day. At 4:30, classes finish and some students play sport (soccer, tennis, volley-ball ...), may be music such as : guitar, piano, etc. ... to relax. But some students follow classes of soutien in scientific classes (maths, chemistry, physic). Finally, they go back home, help their mother to prepare diner (to wash the vegetables ...). Then, they wash themselves and this diner, they eat it together with their family (fish soup, souki (cooked meat) ...). Then they watch television a little bit, at the end they look at their lesson and go to bed at 10:00 pm.
During the weekend, after they are done with helping their parents to do the housework, they have much free time, their leisure are : to read cartoons, documentaries and magazines. Many use the Internet and surf the web to look for new knowledge. Young Lao people are dependant from music; they like to listen to any kind of music. At night, they bike along the Mekong to do exercise and protect the environment against pollution.
At last, we advise you to come to Laos to visit touristy places and also our school because it is very calm and there is no pollution or traffic jam. Here, everybody is welcome. Good bye and see you soon.
